- James Durbin - "Closer to the Edge" by 30 Seconds to Mars - I wasn't impressed. This seemed to be one of his weaker performances.
- Jacob Lusk - "No Air" by Jordan Sparks & Chris Brown - Horrible. Way too sharp.
- Lauren Alaina - "Flat on the Floor" by Carrie Underwood - Pure confidence and power! Excellent vocal performance. She has grown the most since the beginning.
- Scotty McCreery - "Gone" by Montgomery Gentry - Country is in it to win it! Job well done!
- Haley Reinhart - "You and I" by Lady Gaga - I don't care what the judges think. I thought Haley took a risk and it turned out to be enjoyable to me.
- James Durbin - "Without You" - In my opinion, this was James' worst vocal ever. I definitely felt (and saw) his emotion, but vocally... it wasn't that good.
- Jacob Lusk - "Love Hurts" by The Everly Brothers - Much better than his first song of the night. This is the Jacob we know and love. Great job. Not sure if it is enough to save him though.
- Lauren Alaina - "Unchained Melody" - Not on powerful as the first song, but it was very beautiful.
- Scotty McCreery - "Always on My Mind" by Brenda Lee - A touching and beautiful performance. Like I said before, he is in it to win it.
- Haley Reinhart - "The House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals - I love this song and thoroughly enjoyed this performance. It has Haley's name metaphorically written all over it.
