Music to My Ears.

While I was away in Korea, I became slightly disconnected from American/UK pop culture -- music, movies, TV shows, etc... In the past few weeks, I've done a lot of catching up. Here are my "newer" musical discoveries:

• Mumford & Sons
• Florence + the Machine
• Ingrid Michaelson
• Ron Pope

I've noticed my tastes have evolved over the years. While Green Day (and Aerosmith, of course) still hold a special place in my world, other artists and styles have captured my ear. I've grown quite fond of the indie, singer-songwriter, folk/acoustic-type music + toss in some soulful pop rock. Including the artists listed above, some other favorites include: Joshua Radin, Mat Kearney, Matt Nathanson.

I love listening to music... So glad to be reconnected.
